Who we are

Slate Labs Ltd ("Slate Labs", "we") is a software company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We develop and license a CRM and a trading platform as software-as-a-service to licensed and registered brokers and proprietary trading firms. That is the whole of our business: we make software.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, clearing house, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we are not regulated as any of those. Our product is a white-label toolset that our broker customers configure and run under their own name. Where you see a trading platform powered by our software, you are dealing with the broker that operates it, not with Slate Labs.

No client funds, no trading

Slate Labs does not hold, custody, receive, or handle client or trader funds. We do not open or control trading accounts. We do not execute, route, or facilitate trades.

Every one of those activities belongs to the broker that licenses our software. The money, the accounts, and the trading all sit with them. We provide the software layer; they run the trading business on top of it.

B2B only — we don't deal with traders

We sell to registered businesses. Our customers are licensed and registered brokers and proprietary trading firms, and our relationship with them is governed by separate written agreements.

We do not solicit, onboard, advise, or accept retail traders or investors as customers. This website is a B2B product site aimed at brokers and trading firms; it is not directed at retail traders or investors, and it is not a place to open an account or place a trade.

The broker is responsible

Each broker operates under its own brand, its own licence, and its own regulatory authority. The broker is solely responsible for regulatory compliance, client onboarding (including KYC and AML), suitability, execution, pricing, custody of funds, deposits and withdrawals, and the entire trading relationship with its clients.

Any broker-branded deployment of our software is operated by, and is the responsibility of, that broker. If you are a trader or investor with a question about an account, a trade, a deposit, or a withdrawal, the broker you signed up with is the right party to ask. Slate Labs cannot answer for the trading service a broker runs on our software.

No advice, no offer

Everything on this site is general business information about our software. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice.

Nothing here is an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. We do not have a view on what you should trade, because that is simply not what we do.

Software provided "as is"

Our software and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slate Labs is not liable for trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from the use of our software or this site. The commercial terms that apply to a broker's use of our software, such as service levels, support, and fees, live in the separate written agreement we sign with that broker, not on this page.
